Commonly asked questions
1. Address in the contract
Always use the Czech address of residence
2. Start date of insurance
The start date is the same as the start of your visa. If you are prolonging your current insurance it will be the 1st day after the expiry of your current contract. You can make your insurance upfront. No need to wait nearer the date.
3. What to bring to the Ministry or Embassy?
Print out your contract, the proof of payment (in the case of the PVZP it is the insurance certificate) and the assistance card
